Ennismore maps 2026 expansion as portfolio tops 200 hotels

Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore has planned a number of openings for 2026, including the reopening of Delano Miami Beach, which will continue the brand’s ongoing expansion into new markets.

The announcement coincides with the London-based company surpassing 200 hotels globally, more than doubling its footprint over the past four years. The 2026 pipeline includes over 35 hotels as the brand debuts in new markets, representing continued growth across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

“2026 marks a defining moment for Ennismore as we continue to scale our platform globally while staying true to the individuality and creativity that define our brands,” Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO of Ennismore, said in a statement. “Surpassing 200 hotels in just four years reflects the strength of our ecosystem. Our upcoming openings—from the return of Delano Miami Beach to the expansion of Rixos across the Americas and Asia—demonstrate both the pace and ambition of our growth as we enter new markets and bring our F&B brands to the U.S. for the first time.”

A cornerstone of the 2026 lineup is the reopening of Delano Miami Beach. The reimagined hotel will have 171 guestrooms and suites, including poolside bungalows and penthouses, alongside wellness offerings, curated retail and four food-and-beverage venues led by Paris Society, Ennismore’s F&B platform. The Rose Bar is set to return as part of the reopening. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2026.

Meanwhile, Ennismore will also introduce Hyde and Mama Shelter to Mexico City for the first time. The Hyde Mexico City Reforma, opening mid-2026 on Paseo de la Reforma, will feature 106 rooms, a Japanese dining concept, a cocktail bar, fitness facilities and meeting space. Nearby in Roma Norte, Mama Shelter Mexico City will open with 100 rooms, a restaurant and bar, a courtyard designed for live programming, a rooftop bar and event space.

Further south, Rixos Cancún will mark the all-inclusive brand’s debut in the Americas. The 345-room resort—opening in late 2026—will offer multiple dining venues, entertainment programming, sports and fitness facilities, spa and wellness experiences and dedicated spaces for families.
