Element North Austin (Texas) Tech Ridge has opened in one of the city’s emerging technology and business hubs. The 124-room hotel is managed by Raleigh, N.C.-based Concord Hospitality.
The four-story hotel is designed to reflect the Element brand’s signature bright, open design, paired with a focus on sustainability.
“We are thrilled to welcome guests to Element North Austin Tech Ridge and provide a modern extended-stay experience in this rapidly growing area,” general manager Eddie Adair said in a statement. “From fully equipped kitchens and filtered drinking water in every room to convenient access to dining, shopping and entertainment, our goal is to deliver a stay that feels both comfortable and elevated.”
Each guestroom includes a microwave, refrigerator and individual water filtration system, while most feature fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators and cooktops. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, a modern fitness center, meeting and event space and an oversized outdoor pool.
The hotel is near major employers and top attractions, including The Domain, a premier shopping and dining destination; and PopStroke Austin, an entertainment complex featuring mini golf, dining and recreational activities. The surrounding area continues to expand, with four full-service restaurants, a luxury food hall, retail shops and upscale residences slated to open in May 2026.
