Boosting its presence in Florida, Drury Hotels has opened the Drury Inn & Suites Destin Miramar Beach, while also unveiling plans to begin construction on another property in the area.
The newly opened 116-suite hotel marks the company’s sixth property in Florida and is located near area beaches, retail centers and restaurants in Miramar Beach along Florida’s Emerald Coast. The hotel employs 25 full- and part-time team members and is managed by general manager Joshua Hager.

The Drury Inn & Suites Destin Miramar Beach includes in-room kitchens, an outdoor pool and patio, fitness center, complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Guests also have access to complimentary breakfast, evening snacks and beverages during the brand’s Kickback program, a guest market and 24-hour coffee service in the lobby.
The St. Louis-based company also announced plans to begin construction in 2026 on the Drury Plaza Hotel Destin. The planned property will include 320 guestrooms, a resort-style pool, on-site dining, approximately 4,000 square feet of meeting space and additional amenities.
