Following the conversion of a former office building, the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport has opened in the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport corridor.
Developed in partnership with Spartanburg, S.C.-based Pinnacle Partnership, the 146-room hotel is located near Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, as well as major employers including BMW, Michelin and General Electric.
“Greenville continues to see tremendous growth in both business and population,” Sachin Shanbhag, managing partner of Pinnacle Partnership, said in a statement. “We saw an opportunity to bring a modern, full-service product to the airport corridor that supports that momentum while serving as a long-term investment in the community.”
“This hotel represents more than just a place to stay—it’s a return to the kind of full-service hospitality this market has been missing. We’re proud to deliver a thoughtful guest experience with elevated amenities and personal touches that make a lasting impression,” added general manager Belinda DeMeo.
The hotel offers more than 8,000-square-feet of flexible meeting and event space across 11 rooms, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 350 guests. With natural light throughout, the property looks to serve as a hub for corporate meetings, conferences and social events in the region.
On-property amenities include Emmaline’s, a full-service restaurant, and Emma’s On the Go, a curated grab-and-go market. Guests also have access to a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary parking and a top-floor hospitality suite tailored for VIP and extended-stay experiences.
