Coury Hospitality expands portfolio

Lifestyle hospitality management company Coury Hospitality is expanding its portfolio of lifestyle hotels with a pipeline of nine new openings and developments.

Coury Hospitality will officially open two new hotels in Q4, 2024, including:

HALL Park Hotel, the first Autograph Collection lifestyle hotel in Frisco, Texas, is slated to open this month. Managed by Coury and owned by Hall Group, the property will have 224 rooms including 60 suites with kitchenettes and spacious balconies offering views of Hall Park’s new Kaleidoscope Park. There is an Italian three-meal restaurant and a  lobby wine bar, as well as a cabana-lined rooftop pool, fitness center,  rooftop gardens,and a  terrace patio with park views. The property will also have over 8,500 square feet of event space, including a 4,000 square-foot ballroom and four meeting rooms.

The Loom Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Warwick, just outside of Providence, R.I., is set to open in November . Inspired by the city’s rich textile manufacturing history, the 163-room hotel has an on-site restaurant, The Brook Kitchen + Bar, which is headed by executive chef Daniel Gibbs, who is currently the executive chef at Coury’s restaurant, The Chalkboard Kitchen + Bar Tulsa.

New Developments

Coury Hospitality also announces three new developments in their pipeline, including:

  • A Tennessee Autograph Collection property coming to Memphis, Tenn. The tallest building in the city will become a mixed-use project that will include retail, office spaces, restaurants, apartments and an Autograph Collection hotel. The hotel will have 160 rooms, a restaurant, lobby bar, speakeasy, ballroom, pool and pool bar lounge, and more. The development will fundamentally and strategically take a restorative and sustainable design approach for the 1960s international-style building.
  • An Texas Autograph Collection property coming to Flower Mound, Texas, located  30 minutes northwest of Dallas and less than 10 minutes from DFW airport. The Mediterranean-style hotel will have 181 guestrooms, including 20 suites, and will have lake views, a spa and pool, Coury’s curated culinary experiences at a three-meal restaurant and café and 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
  • A Colorado Autograph Collection property coming to downtown Colorado Springs and will have 175 guestrooms and more than 200 branded residential units. With views of Pike’s Peak and the Garden of the Gods, the hotel will combine modern luxuries with a comfortable home base.

Groundbreakings

Coury Hospitality announces the groundbreaking of two hotels, including:

  • Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills, a $72M+ Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott in northwest Arkansas, officially broke ground in September. The project will take approximately 18 months to build and is set to open in the spring of 2026. Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills marks an expansion of the  Hotel Vin Collection brand. Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills will have 125 guestrooms, curated food and beverage offerings, a rooftop bar, pool, and meeting and event space. 
  • A Chisholm Creek Autograph Collection Hotel,  Marriott’s only boutique lifestyle hotel in North Oklahoma City, is set to break ground this fall, and is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Chisholm Creek Hotel will have 176 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a lobby bar, 4,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, a full-service spa, pool area and bar and other modern amenities.

New Hotel Additions

Coury Hospitality is set to take over the management of two existing hotels this month:

  • Hall Arts Hotel, a luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of the Dallas Arts District and owned by Hall Group, has selected Coury to take over the management of the hotel. The hotel has 183 guestrooms including 19 arts district-inspired suites, a rooftop pool, contemporary art collection, fitness center and chef-led restaurant Ellie's Restaurant & Lounge. 
  • The Beeman Hotel, in Dallas Park Cities, has selected Coury to take over the management of the hotel. The hotel has 296 pet-friendly rooms.
