Hotel operator Azul Hospitality Group has opened the Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles, a newly developed, full-service hotel in Arcadia, Calif.
The 173-room hotel features a mix of guestrooms and suites, including premium accommodations with racetrack-facing views. The property—walking distance to the Santa Anita Racetrack in the San Gabriel Valley corridor of Los Angeles—has approximately 17,800 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
“Hilton Arcadia aligns with our strategy of operating institutional-quality, full-service assets in markets with strong fundamentals and durable demand,” Mark Crisci, president of San Diego, Calif.-based Azul Hospitality Group, said in a statement. “The property’s scale, meeting infrastructure and diverse food-and-beverage mix create multiple revenue streams, while the Hilton brand and location support long-term value creation for ownership. Our focus remains on disciplined execution, margin management and driving sustainable cash flow.”
The hotel has three food-and-beverage concepts, including Hípico, a rooftop restaurant and terrace overlooking the racetrack. Additional outlets include 19Seventy at the Ovalo Restaurant & Bar and Sottaku by Kisen & Kaiseki Motoishi, a specialty sushi and Japanese dining concept. Amenities also include a heated outdoor pool, fitness center and business hub.
