Apiary brings lifestyle extended-stay property to south Denver

Apiary Hotel—a newly-built extended-stay property—has made its debut in south Denver as part of Marriott’s Bonvoy Collection.

The 175-suite property—which is operated by Denver, Colo.-based Stonebridge—brings a lifestyle extended-stay concept to the area and looks to pair residential-style accommodations with curated social spaces and locally inspired design. Located in Belleview Station, the Colorado hotel is part of a mixed-use development that also includes Apiary Residences.

“We are excited to introduce a new hospitality experience to South Denver,” Alison Mitchell, general manager of Apiary Hotel, said in a statement. “Apiary reimagines the extended-stay concept by blending sophistication with Denver’s welcoming spirit, offering guests the comforts of home while creating a new gathering place for the community.”

The property has sleek architectural lines along with amenities such as a multi-sided fireplace, communal work and gathering areas and complimentary daily hot breakfast. Bee-inspired design elements appear throughout the hotel as a nod to the communal spirit of a hive. All suites feature kitchenettes, sleeper sofas, partitioned living areas and layered materials including copper accents and warm wood tones.

Adjacent to the lobby, Keepers Cocktail Lounge is designed as an intimate setting for evening socializing, serving craft cocktails and small plates featuring locally sourced honey. June Gap Market and Café is a neighborhood market experience with pastries, breakfast items, made-to-order meals and regional specialty products.
