LendingCon 2026 returns to Orlando

LendingCon will return in August bringing together investors, lenders, developers and operators for a two-day conference focused on hospitality transactions and investment activity.

The 6th Annual Hospitality Investors Conference, or LendingCon 2026, will take place on August 4-5 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. The 2025 event drew more than 900 attendees and over 90 solution providers, with participation from CEOs, economists and financial professionals who addressed economic conditions, development trends and capital markets. Conference organizers reported that more than 200 hospitality lending and investment deals were closed in connection with the conference.

“LendingCon has become a vital platform for industry leaders to collaborate, share insights and drive the future of hospitality investment,” Founder Jan Gautam said in a statement. “We are excited to welcome the industry back for another impactful year.”

The 2026 conference will be organized around the theme “Legacy in Motion: Reshaping the Future of Hospitality Investment,” with programming designed to address current market conditions and investment strategies. Sessions are expected to include updates on government policy affecting lending and tourism, as well as regulatory developments influencing the sector. The event is positioned as a meeting point for stakeholders across the hospitality investment landscape.

Discussion topics are expected to include market trends, capital deployment strategies, asset management and the use of 1031 exchanges, along with broader considerations such as alternative financing structures, economic uncertainty, commercial development activity and sustainability-focused financing.
