Kabani Hotel Group will host its 10th Annual Hotel Investment Forum on Oct. 29 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami.
The one-day event will bring together hotel owners, investors, developers, operators, lenders, brands and advisors to discuss trends shaping hospitality investment and operations. Taking place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the conference will examine topics including artificial intelligence, capital markets, lending, hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, risk management and investment opportunities as the industry looks toward 2027.
Greg Friedman—co-founder, managing principal and CEO of Peachtree Group—will deliver the opening hospitality outlook, sharing his perspective on capital markets, lending conditions and investment strategy. Karim Alibhai—founder and principal of Gencom—will participate in a discussion focused on hotel ownership, development, market cycles and transaction activity.
