The NYU International Hospitality Investment Forum will convene top hospitality real estate investment leaders and decision-makers to drive innovation and identify new deal opportunities when the event takes place May 31 to June 2 at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City.

Operated by Questex in partnership with the NYU School of Professional Studies and its Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, the 48th annual NYU IHIF will feature senior executives from Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Accor on the “Global Hospitality CEO Panel: The View from the Boardroom.” Geoff Ballotti, president and CEO of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, was scheduled to appear but recently received a cancer diagnosis and will be unable to attend.

On June 1, Christopher J. Nassetta, president and CEO of Hilton Worldwide; Mark Hoplamazian, president and CEO of Hyatt; Elie Maalouf, CEO of IHG Hotels and Resorts; and Sebastien Bazin, chairman and CEO of Accor, will share boardroom perspectives on market dynamics, emerging trends and strategies for navigating uncertainty. Sara Eisen, anchor of CNBC’s Closing Bell, will moderate the session.

“We are excited to welcome this standout lineup of CEOs. Each brings a unique viewpoint and together they will create a dynamic exchange of ideas. In this must-attend session, attendees will gain insight into how they are shaping the industry,” Alexi Khajavi, group president, living and hospitality at Questex, said in a statement.

“NYU IHIF has served as a premier gathering for global business leaders, industry influencers and professionals for nearly five decades. We look forward to convening the hospitality ecosystem to share actionable insights on the industry’s trajectory and to provide rich networking opportunities that foster lasting connections,” Nicolas Graf, associate dean of the Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, said.

NYU IHIF will deliver thought leadership through keynotes, general sessions, workshops and networking events. Executives ranging from hotel brand CEOs to investment and real estate leaders will address current trends, economic influences and industry projections.

Additional speakers scheduled to present at NYU IHIF include David Pepper, chief development officer of Choice Hotels; Satya Anand, group president for the U.S., Canada and Latin America at Marriott International; Kevin Osterhaus, president of global lifestyle brands at Hilton; Claire Wallace, senior vice president of acquisitions and development at Pyramid Global Hospitality; Omer Acar, CEO of Raffles and Fairmont at Accor; María Zarraluqui, senior vice president of global growth and owner relations at Hyatt Inclusive Collection; Jonathan Halkyard, chief financial officer of MGM Resorts International; and Scott Strictland, chief commercial officer of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

A portion of proceeds from NYU IHIF will support student scholarships at the NYU School of Professional Studies Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, advancing the program’s mission to educate and prepare future leaders in global hospitality management, travel and tourism.
