Vision Hospitality Group promotes Patrick O’Neil from chief operations officer to president. In his expanded role, O’Neil will oversee day-to-day operations across the company’s hospitality portfolio and work closely with executive leadership to support the organization’s long-term strategic objectives.
O’Neil joined Vision in March 2022 and has played a significant role in strengthening operational performance and organizational alignment across the company. As COO, he provided hands-on leadership focused on operational excellence, consistency, and team development, helping position Vision for sustainable growth in an evolving hospitality landscape.
