Resolute Road Hospitality appoints Stacie Harper as vice president of sales. With more than 25 years of senior-level hospitality sales and business development leadership, Harper brings deep expertise in enterprise and portfolio-wide sales strategy, multi-brand growth, and high-performance team development.

In her new position, she will play a role in the development and execution of Resolute Road’s portfolio-wide sales strategy, overseeing topline performance across the company’s assets, optimizing sales structure and tools, and aligning property-level teams with ownership objectives to drive revenue growth and market share.

Harper will join Resolute Road’s commercial team, including Sergio Cardenas, vice president of commercial strategy and systems, and Kent Duncan, vice president of revenue management and marketing. Together, the three of them represent the commercial leadership team responsible for overseeing topline performance, systems, and go-to-market strategy across the portfolio. This structure builds on Resolute Road’s strong foundation, further enhancing coordination across sales, revenue management, and marketing to deliver consistent, data-driven results for ownership.

Harper joins from Columbia Hospitality, where she most recently served as regional vicepresident of business development, leading enterprise growth initiatives and the expansion of third-party management. Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior leadership roles with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Choice Hotels International, Red Lion Hotels Corporation, Stay Alfred Travel Apartments, and The Spokane Club, consistently driving revenue growth, building scalable sales organizations, and leading complex negotiations and RFP strategies across diverse portfolios.

“We’ve built a strong commercial foundation, and the addition of Stacie allows us to take that to the next level,” President Gary Horton, President said in a statement. “This is about strengthening an already high-performing team. By aligning sales, revenue management, and systems under a unified leadership structure, we’re creating greater discipline, accountability, and consistency across the portfolio with a clear focus on maximizing topline performance and long-term value for our owners.”
