Peregrine Hospitality names new CFO

Peregrine Hospitality appoints Stacy Galligan as chief financial officer. Tom Barber, Peregrine Hospitality’s previous CFO, will remain with the firm to support a seamless transition and provide ongoing strategic advisory services.

“Stacy is a dynamic financial leader who combines strategic insight with operational discipline,” Greg Kennealey, CEO of Peregrine Hospitality, said in a statement. “She brings extensive experience leading finance functions across high-growth, consumer-facing brands, and her background in guiding companies through transformation will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our financial foundation and scale our operations.”

Galligan joins Peregrine Hospitality from Embark, where she served as managing director and practice leader, overseeing finance and accounting consulting services for clients across multiple industries. Her prior experience includes serving as chief financial officer at Punch Bowl Social, Pure Barre, and Smashburger, where she led financial planning, capital management and business transformation initiatives.

With a record of leading teams through change and implementing effective process improvements, Galligan will oversee finance, accounting, and capital planning for Peregrine Hospitality, supporting the company’s long-term growth and financial performance.

“Peregrine Hospitality has built an impressive track record of growth rooted in operational excellence and accountability,” said Galligan. “I’m looking forward to building on that foundation by deepening financial discipline, enhancing visibility, and positioning the company for its next stage of expansion.”
