Outrigger Hospitality Group has appointed Stephen “Steve” Nickerson vice president, operations – The Americas.
“Steve brings a depth of operational expertise and a strong track record of leading high-performing hotel teams across diverse markets,” Mike Shaff, executive vice president, operations – The Americas, said in a statement. “His experience working closely with owners and operators, combined with his focus on service excellence and operational discipline, will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen performance and elevate the guest experience across our portfolio.”
Nickerson most recently was senior vice president of operations at Midas Hospitality, where he oversaw a national portfolio of multibranded properties and partnered closely with ownership groups on operational strategy, performance and capital projects.
Nickerson has experience in full-service, select-service and extended-stay hotels, including senior operations roles at Sonesta Hotel Corp. and InterContinental Hotels Group, as well as earlier leadership positions with Candlewood Suites.
