Two hotel management companies and several other properties have appointed sales and marketing leaders in recent weeks. Here are some names to know.
Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group
Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has promoted Angela Cesaitis to vice president of sales. Cesaitis will lead sales strategy across Lodging Dynamics’ portfolio of Marriott, Hilton and independent hotels, overseeing above-property sales performance, owner-facing communication and the development of sales leaders.
Since joining Lodging Dynamics in 2025, Cesaitis has helped strengthen the company’s sales organization with a clear focus on performance, accountability, and owner returns. She has reinforced sales fundamentals across the portfolio, implemented third-party support to improve consistency and execution, and strengthened company-wide sales agreements to better protect ownership interests and maximize revenue opportunities.
With more than 25 years in hospitality sales, Cesaitis began her career in luxury resort and full-service hospitality, where she built a foundation in high-touch guest service, premium-brand standards and disciplined sales execution. She went on to hold senior sales leadership roles at large full-service hotels in major markets nationwide, earning a reputation for turning around underperforming properties and building sales organizations capable of sustained growth.
Before joining Lodging Dynamics, Cesaitis served as Divisional Regional Director of Sales at Concord Hospitality, where she led sales strategy and team performance across a multi-state, multi-market territory. In that role, she strengthened strategic account planning, improved client retention, expanded the enterprise account base, and led market strategies that helped turn around underperforming territories.
Angela holds certifications across Hilton, Marriott and IHG brand sales programs and was named Sales Leader of the Year in 2022. She is widely recognized in the industry for her direct, relationship-driven leadership style and her commitment to mentoring the next generation of hospitality sales leaders.
