Maverick Hotels & Restaurants has promoted Vasileios Ioannoum to regional director of operations.
Ioannoum’s responsibilities have included ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, budgeting and forecasting of sales and revenue, profit-and-lost accountability, monitoring payroll, food and beverage cost controls, analyzing performance trends and scheduling staff and hotel management meetings. He has also worked across sales, front office, reservations, housekeeping, convention services, guest relations, food and beverage, banquets, security and senior management departments.
