Margaritaville Resort Orlando, managed by Rentyl Resorts and part of NDM Hospitality, appoints Brian McNeil to complex director of operations. In this role, McNeil will oversee operations across guest services, food and beverage, and facilities management, supporting the property’s continued growth and performance.
Most recently, McNeil served as general manager of Spectrum Resort Orlando and Bear’s Den at Reunion. During his tenure, both properties improved operational performance and guest satisfaction while further elevating the residential resort model, which blends private vacation homes with full-service hospitality.
