Lodgco Hospitality has promoted Andrea Rau to vice president of human resources. In this role, Rau will lead the company’s human resources strategy and support team members across the portfolio.
Rau has 18 years of experience with the company, most recently working as corporate director of human resources. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in shaping HR strategy, supporting operational leaders, and fostering a culture focused on engagement, development, and retention.
In her new role, Rau will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, team member development, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
“Andrea’s leadership and dedication have had a lasting impact on our organization and our people,” President Scott Stuart said in a statement. “Her deep understanding of our culture, combined with her passion for developing teams, makes her the ideal leader to continue guiding our human resources strategy.”
