Kolter Hospitality has promoted Carolina Hatton to vice president of human resources. In this new role, Hatton will oversee all HR operations for Kolter Hospitality, including talent acquisition, employee experience, organizational development, compliance and benefits.
Hatton most recently was area director of human resources for Kolter Hospitality’s Southeast region, supporting four properties across all major HR disciplines and contributing to key initiatives. Before this role, she held human resources leadership positions at two downtown Miami properties, where she learned about HR operations, recruitment, HRIS management, benefits administration, training and employee engagement.

Hatton is a native Floridian residing in South Florida with her husband and children.
