Slated to debut in March, Kimpton Era Midtown New York has bolstered its leadership team with two key appointments in managing director Kori Yoran and director of sales Geraldine Burgos.
The newly constructed, 33-story building is being developed by New York City, N.Y.-based Extell Development Company. Kimpton is a luxury lifestyle flag within the IHG portfolio of brands. The property includes 529 guestrooms and four beverage-and-dining concepts by Apicii.

We can’t wait to see the energy, creativity and momentum they’ll bring to the hotel and our team.”
Yoran’s experience spans over 15 years at some of New York City’s notable properties, including Hyatt Union Square, ModernHaus SoHoKimpton Era Mi, Margaritaville Resort Times Square and Dream Midtown.
Burgos’ career includes work at prominent New York City properties. Having orchestrated and led teams across a portfolio of 16 hotels, Burgos brings experience in driving sales strategies within the hospitality sector.
