Operating company InnVentures has promoted Danielle Dorland and Jessica Nalley to regional senior vice presidents of operations.
Dorland began her hospitality career with Marriott International, spending eight years across multiple roles in guest experience, brand standards, and performance discipline.
She joined InnVentures in 2017 as area sales manager for the Seattle North portfolio and has since advanced through a series of leadership roles, including director of sales and operations at Courtyard Kirkland, general manager at Courtyard Kirkland and Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue and, most recently, vice president of operations.

Nalley joins InnVentures from Highgate Select, where she oversaw nearly 30 hotels across California and Washington. Before Highgate Select, Nalley held senior operational leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality, Pillar Hotels & Resorts, InnVentures and Marriott International. Her experience spans select-service and extended-stay hotels under Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt.
In her new role, Nalley will oversee a defined portfolio of hotels while providing leadership and operational support across regions. Her focus will center on optimizing operational metrics, strengthening owner relationships and ensuring sustained performance excellence across the portfolio.
