Hospitality Ventures Management Group, an Atlanta-based third-party hotel operator and investor, names Ron Fader senior vice president, finance and accounting. In his new role, Fader will oversee the hotel day-to-day financial accounting, financial reporting, cash flow planning and management activities, while bolstering the accounting and finance team to help support future growth.
“Ron has a proven track-record of cultivating service-driven teams that are oriented toward performance and committed to the practice of continuous improvement while supporting the properties’ and management company’s financial goals,” HVNG SVP and CFO Linda Philp said in a statement. “Ron prides himself on creating a strong culture of accountability and continued learning for both his team and those around him, making him the perfect fit for HVMG.”
With nearly 35 years of financial experience, many of those in hospitality, Fader most recently was senior vice president of finance and accounting with Atrium Hospitality. While there, he was responsible for the strategic direction of the hotel accounting department for the company’s portfolio of 80+ hotels generating more than $1 billion in revenues annually. Prior to that, Fader was a partner and vice president of finance, hotels and restaurants for Legacy Ventures and held similar leadership positions with InterContinental Hotel Group and Hilton.
