Hunter Hotel Advisors has promoted Colin Flannery to vice president in the firm’s New York City office.
Since joining Hunter in 2020, Flannery has contributed to the underwriting, financial analysis and market research for more than $6 billion in transacted assets, spanning select-service properties to full-service and resort hotels.
In his new role, Flannery will continue to support the firm’s offices nationwide, helping clients identify strategic investment opportunities and navigate complex transactions.
“Colin’s contributions have been invaluable over the last five years,” Teague Hunter, president and CEO, said in a statement. “We’re excited to see him continue expanding our reach and strengthening our platform in this new leadership role.”
Flannery earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and hospitality, retail and tourism management from the University of Tennessee.
