Hotel Equities adds and promotes three to vice president level within the company.
Kenneth Zahn joins as vice president of sales, focused service, where now oversees sales strategy and revenue performance across the division. Zahn brings extensive experience leading multi-property, multi-brand portfolios, most recently serving as vice president of sales at PHMI Group.
In that role, he directed commercial strategy across Marriott, IHG and Choice assets generating more than $45 million in annual revenue. Known for building high-performing teams and driving consistent topline growth, Zahn will partner closely with Hotel Equities’ commercial leadership to further strengthen sales execution and portfolio performance.
Nolan Wrentmore is appointed vice president of revenue, lifestyle division, bringing more than 25 years of experience in revenue strategy, distribution, and commercial operations. Based in Frisco, Texas, Wrentmore most recently led revenue initiatives at Hosteeva, where he helped grow the division by more than 100 percent.
Prior to that, he spent over a decade with Aimbridge Hospitality, overseeing a team responsible for more than $1 billion in annual revenue. In his new role, he will focus on advancing revenue optimization, scaling systems, and supporting continued growth across the lifestyle portfolio.
John Mootz has been promoted to vice president of restaurant and beverage operations, reflecting the company’s continued investment in strengthening its food and beverage platform. With more than 20 years of hospitality and food service experience, Mootz has led large-scale operational initiatives and concept development across a range of properties and ownership groups.
His background includes senior leadership roles with Puccini Group and oversight of major food and beverage operations such as Colonial Williamsburg’s $32.5 million program. In his expanded role, he will continue to elevate culinary strategy, operational performance, and guest-facing programming across the portfolio.
