EOS Hospitality names VP of people and culture

EOS Hospitality—a full-service hotel and hospitality management company with a portfolio of hotels and resorts, vacation rentals and specialty lodging—has appointed Allison “Ally” Marion vice president of people and culture. In her new role, Marion will be responsible for advancing the company’s philosophy and strengthening organizational culture across its growing portfolio. She will oversee human resources strategy for the West Coast region, focusing on employee engagement, talent development and fostering teams.  

EOS Hospitality currently operates more than 60 hotels and resorts, totaling more than 10,145 keys across the United States.

With more than a decade of human resources leadership experience within the hospitality industry, Marion most recently was area director of human resources for Omni Hotels & Resorts in San Diego, where she supported multiple properties across California and Arizona. In this role, she led strategic HR initiatives and developed and implemented training programs.

Marion began her hospitality career in operations, gaining experience across food & beverage, front office and housekeeping before transitioning into human resources. She has held progressive leadership roles with Omni Hotels & Resorts, including director of human resources and assistant director of human resources across multiple markets, where she led recruitment, performance management, labor relations and organizational development initiatives.

As vice president of people and culture, Marion will help shape and execute EOS Hospitality’s people and culture strategy, partnering with property-level and corporate leadership to support talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness.
