Hotel management company EOS Hospitality appointed Joe Pettigrew as the company's new chief commercial officer. In this role, Pettigrew will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategies on revenue, distribution and digital marketing to maximize efficiencies, increase profitability and accelerate growth portfolio-wide. EOS Hospitality currently operates a portfolio of 50 hotels and resorts, totaling more than 7,000 keys.

Pettigrew joins EOS Hospitality from Starwood Capital Group, where he most recently served as chief commercial officer in hotel asset management and was responsible for maximizing profit for all hotels and brands owned by the firm globally, including Extended Stay America, 1 Hotels, Treehouse and Yotel. By partnering with the management’s executive team and commercial leaders, Pettigrew developed and executed commercial strategies across all market segments and acquisition channels.
Prior to that role, Pettigrew served as senior vice president and chief commercial officer at Yotel and Starwood Capital investment.
