Mandi Ross has joined hotel ownership, management and development company Dellisart as vice president of operations, Sales Max. In this role, Ross will oversee the delivery and growth of Dellisart’s Sales Max services, working with hotel owners and property teams to strengthen sales strategies, expand account reach and drive top-line performance.

Ross brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, property-level sales, global account management, revenue strategy and portfolio leadership. Most recently, she was vice president of sales & revenue for GB Hotel Group, where she led sales, revenue management and marketing across a portfolio of Marriott, IHG and Wyndham-branded hotels.

Previously, Ross spent more than 13 years with Marriott International’s Global Sales Organization, where she led global extended-stay sales strategy and account relationships for major corporate clients across Marriott’s extended-stay brands. Earlier in her career, she held sales and operations leadership positions at Marriott-branded hotels, including serving as General Manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Greenville, South Carolina.

“Mandi brings the combination of sales leadership, revenue discipline and hotel operations experience that allows her to understand both ownership priorities and the day-to-day needs of property teams,” Douglas Artusio, chairman and CEO of Dellisart, said in a statement. “Her experience developing strategies across individual hotels, portfolios, and global accounts will strengthen Sales Max and help our clients identify and capture revenue opportunities more effectively.”

“Dellisart has built Sales Max around the flexibility and focused support owners need to improve performance at the property level,” Ross said. “I look forward to working with our owners and hotel teams to develop practical sales strategies, strengthen account relationships and drive measurable top-line results across the portfolio.”
