Century Casinos appoints Lyle Randolph as executive vice president of operations for the United States, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the company’s domestic portfolio.
In the newly-created position, Randolph, a longtime regional vice president and general manager, will oversee Century Casinos’ seven U.S. properties, which collectively include 2,127 hotel guestrooms and more than 20 food-and-beverage venues.
A gaming and hospitality executive with more than 30 years of experience, Randolph has operational expertise spanning casino operations, hotel and food-and-beverage management, capital development, and multi-property strategy. He began his gaming career in 1995 at Casino Aztar in Missouri and later served as general manager of the Caruthersville and Cape Girardeau properties following their acquisition by Isle of Capri Casinos.
During his tenure, Randolph guided the Missouri properties through multiple ownership transitions, working under the leadership of prominent industry executives including James Perry, Virginia McDowell, Eric Hausler, Gary Carano, and Tom Reeg. His experience exposed him to a broad range of leadership models, from founder-led regional growth to data-driven public company expansion.
Since Century Casinos acquired the Missouri properties in 2019, Randolph has served as vice president of operations for both locations. Under his leadership, the properties completed more than $80 million in combined capital development projects, resulting in adjusted EBITDAR growth of more than 70 percent.
