Avion Hospitality has promoted two key executive leaders, naming Dan Peterson chief operating officer and Nikita Tippie senior vice president of human resources.
Peterson has been promoted from his previous role as senior vice president of operations. In his new position, he will oversee companywide hotel operations, brand relationships, operational strategy and field leadership across Avion’s portfolio.
Tippie most recently was vice president of human resources. Since joining Avion, she has helped strengthen employee engagement, talent development, communication and overall team member experience throughout the organization.
