The Hospitality Show unveils speakers, show floor upgrades for 2026

Registration is open for The Hospitality Show 2026 with new speakers added weekly, a redesigned show floor features and networking opportunities as the event heads to the Miami Beach Convention Center Nov. 2-4. The event is produced by Questex and the American Hotel & Lodging Association and is focused on helping hotel owners and operators optimize operational performance.

The latest speaker announcements include Hilton President and CEO Chris Nassetta, Sandals Resorts International Executive Chairman Adam Stewart, Accor Group Chief Strategy Officer Gilda Perez-Alvarado, Davidson Hospitality Group President and CEO Thom Geshay and former Disney Head of Innovation and Creativity Duncan Wardle, alongside a growing roster of executives from hotel brands, ownership groups, technology companies and hospitality organizations. The conference program will focus on topics such as AI adoption, labor challenges, food-and-beverage strategy, guest expectations, commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Featured sessions will include a conversation with Nassetta on leading a global hotel company through industry change, while Wardle is set to share lessons on creativity, storytelling and guest engagement. Other sessions will examine hotel growth strategies, AI implementation, workforce development and ways to improve profitability across operations.

Expo Experience

Beyond the conference program, The Hospitality Show is introducing several changes to the expo experience designed to help attendees navigate the event more efficiently. New for 2026 are six solution-driven pavilions organized by category: Design, Food & Beverage, Commercial, Hospitality Services & Strategy, Technology and Operations. Organizers say the pavilion format will make it easier for attendees to find suppliers, products and services aligned with their business priorities.

The redesigned show floor also will feature new pavilion lounges intended to encourage more focused networking and business conversations, along with a centralized center stage concept that will bring operational trends, educational sessions and industry insights together in a single location on the expo floor.

The event is built around helping hospitality leaders optimize time, revenue, guest experience, operational efficiency, technology deployment and workforce strategy. Attendees will have access to suppliers across multiple operating categories, educational sessions and networking opportunities aimed at driving actionable business outcomes.

The event will also include the Miami Nights Party, an evening networking reception scheduled for Nov. 2 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Featured sponsors already announced for the 2026 event include companies such as Oracle, LG Electronics, HD Supply, Ecolab, Avendra International, Best Western International, Nespresso Professional and several other hospitality suppliers and service providers.

As The Hospitality Show enters its latest edition, the event is the one-stop event focused on the business of hotel operations, combining education, technology discovery, supplier meetings and networking opportunities under one roof.
