The Naples Grande Beach Resort is set to join Hilton's Signia portfolio in January as the brand’s first property on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The resort will be the third Signia Hilton property in Florida, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.

The 474-room Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort includes 50 villas.

The resort is undergoing a propertywide renovation that includes redesigned guestrooms and suites, new culinary offerings, wellness amenities and updates to social and gathering spaces. The property also will have a spa, multiple pools, tennis facilities and indoor and outdoor event spaces.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming Naples Grande Beach Resort into the Signia Hilton portfolio, marking an exciting step in our strong brand growth and continued expansion into premier resort destinations,” Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader, Signia Hilton, said in a statement. “Naples is one of Florida’s most coveted coastal destinations, and this resort provides an exceptional backdrop for the hallmarks of the Signia Hilton experience, offering guests a distinctive setting to connect, celebrate, discover and immerse themselves in the best of Florida’s Gulf Coast.”
