Delano Miami Beach to reopen with Paris Society’s U.S. culinary debut

Miami Beach’s Delano will officially reopen in preview in late March 2026 following a reimagination highlighted by two new culinary concepts.

The two new culinary concepts for the hotel were created in collaboration with Paris Society, a hospitality group which has grown to include more than 70 ultra-premium restaurants, clubs, hotels and event spaces worldwide since opening in 2008. Marking the hospitality group’s inaugural U.S. venture, Delano Miami Beach will debut Italian restaurant Gigi Rigolatto alongside Mimi Kakushi, a Japanese destination.

“Our expansion into Miami marks an exciting new chapter for Paris Society,” Rizwan Kassim, CEO of Paris Society, said in a statement. “With the introduction of Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi to the U.S. market, we’re bringing our design-led approach to dining and lifestyle to a city that shares our global vision. Opening at Delano Miami Beach, and as part of the Ennismore family, feels like a natural extension of our world.”

Designed by Hugo Toro, Gigi Rigolatto looks to deliver a Mediterranean escape. The space includes mineral plaster walls, intricately carved wood panels, yellow Sienna marble accents and custom furnishings.

Mimi Kakushi is the acclaimed 1920s Osaka-inspired Japanese restaurant, known for its blend of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine, as well as its cocktail program. The venue will be located on the fourth floor of the hotel and accessible exclusively to Delano Members Club and hotel guests.
