Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley (Calif.), Curio Collection by Hilton, has entered into a partnership with Innovative Dining Group to oversee the resort’s culinary program and food-and-beverage venues.
Located between Napa Valley vineyards and downtown Napa, the California hotel is nearing completion of a multi-million-dollar transformation. As part of the resort’s repositioning, IDG will introduce a new dining program designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community.
West Hollywood, Calif.-based IDG is the hospitality company behind restaurant brands including BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku, and Katana. The collaboration marks IDG’s entry into luxury resort dining in Northern California, following the opening of Sushi Roku Palo Alto in 2024. The culinary offering at Casa Mani Resort will combine contemporary technique, regionally inspired menus, and a curated wine program reflective of Napa Valley’s food and wine culture.
“This partnership elevates Casa Mani’s entire guest experience, bringing together IDG’s culinary approach with the spirit of Napa Valley,” Julie Ramirez, general manager of Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, said in a statement. “Each venue has been reimagined to reflect local flavor, craftsmanship and connection.”
“When expanding, we look for destinations where our concepts can resonate with both guests and the surrounding community. Napa Valley’s focus on quality and hospitality makes it a natural fit,” added IDG partner Lee Maen.
The new food-and-beverage concepts—scheduled to open in the coming months—will reflect an American regional cuisine philosophy inspired by Napa Valley. Planned venues include a Lobby Lounge offering cocktails and small plates; a Creekside Terrace serving breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch; and a signature Steakhouse. A gourmet grab-and-go market in the lobby will offer locally sourced items, including products from Ohm Coffee, Napa Nuts and Vintage Sweet Shoppe chocolates.
The culinary debut coincides with the completion of the resort’s broader renovation, which includes refreshed guestrooms and suites, redesigned public spaces, upgraded meeting and event facilities and the introduction of the new Spa at Casa Mani.
