Vector Hospitality, an Atlanta based hotel developer, plans to develop an AC Hotel by Marriott and a Tempo by Hilton in downtown Knoxville, Tenn., adding 337 guestrooms to the city's portfolio.

The seven-story, 162-room AC by Marriott will have flexible open spaces. The property is slated to open in fall 2025 and will have a rooftop bar.

The nine-story, 175-room Tempo by Hilton will have flexible meeting space, a fitness center and artistic touches. The property is set to open in spring 2026 and will have a terrace bar and café.

In addition to the hotels, the Tempo by Hilton project will include the construction of a 275-space parking deck that aims to address parking challenges in the downtown district.

"We are excited to be a part of Downtown Knoxville's growing community and contribute to its vibrant hospitality landscape," Vector President Aman Patel said in a statement. "These hotels will elevate the city's hospitality scene by allowing guests and locals to connect with other travelers and immerse themselves in the community they’ve come to explore."
