Economy extended-stay brand LivAway Suites recently surpassed the 100,000 room-night milestone within its first year of operation.
The Salt Lake City-based company, which opened its first property in 2024, has some 8 hotels open now with 14 more under development. The company has plans for 10 additional hotels in 2026 with projects underway in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Florida.
"Reaching 100,000 room nights in our first year is a great milestone and an exciting validation of our platform," Mike Nielson, CEO of LivAway Suites, said in a statement. "We set out to rethink what affordable extended-stay lodging could be and the market response has exceeded every expectation."
Recent openings in Draper, Utah; Renton, Wash.; and Portland, Maine highlight the company’s coast-to-coast ambitions.
