The Ghoman Group has secured franchise approval to bring a JW Marriott hotel to downtown Louisville, Ky. The flagship hotel will reimagine the Fifth Third building.
Situated adjacent to 4th Street Live! and with sweeping views of the Ohio River, the future JW Marriott Louisville will have 418 guestrooms and suite, 15,056 square feet of flexible meeting and event space — including a 6,043-square-foot ballroom.
Additionally, the hotel will have five upscale restaurant options and a rooftop bar with a view of the Ohio River. Amenities will include a full-service spa, fitness center and boutique for shopping.
Construction on the project is scheduled to begin soon, with the hotel set to open in 2027.
