Hospitality Ventures Management Group has added 14 hotels to its portfolio through the first three quarters of 2026, bringing the Atlanta-based operator to 61 hotels totaling approximately 12,000 guestrooms nationwide.

The additions, which represent the company’s largest portfolio to date, include a mix of independent, Hilton- and Marriott-branded properties across Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine and Florida.

“With these new additions, HVMG further cements its place as a premier, nationwide hotel operator,” said Mike Woodward, executive vice president and chief growth officer, in a statement. “To ensure we continually exceed our own high standards, we have improved our bench strength to accommodate our growth. In addition to recently naming Pete Sams president, we also have added key members to our property-level and corporate teams. We pride ourselves on being hands-on operators, and that requires a team large and capable enough to deliver personal, individualized service every time. That will never leave our DNA.”

Hotels added during the first three quarters of 2026 include:

  • The Island Resort Fort Walton Beach, Fla. (333 guestrooms)
  • Hilton Hotel, Tenn. (320 guestrooms)
  • Marriott Hotel, Tenn. (302 guestrooms)
  • The Brown, Ky. (293 guestrooms)
  • Westin Hotel, Maine (289 guestrooms)
  • Sheraton Suites, Fla. (263 guestrooms)
  • DoubleTree by Hilton, S.C. (149 guestrooms)
  • DoubleTree by Hilton, N.C. (131 guestrooms)
  • Courtyard by Marriott, N.C. (126 guestrooms)
  • Hampton Inn by Hilton, S.C. (102 guestrooms)
  • Courtyard by Marriott, Fla. (102 guestrooms)
  • Homewood Suites by Hilton, S.C. (100 guestrooms)
  • Hilton Garden Inn, Fla. (83 guestrooms)
  • The Tennessean, Tenn. (82 guestrooms)

“2026 already has expanded our reach and capabilities in multiple new arenas,” Woodward said. “These new hotels bring us genuine scale in Knoxville, one of the region’s most dynamic markets, creating true value for our owners. Additionally, HVMG has expanded into Maine, marking its furthest move into the New England market. We look forward to more announcements before year’s end as we continue to achieve our growth goals.”

The company said the additions strengthen its presence in several key markets, particularly Knoxville, Tennessee, while extending its operating footprint into Maine for the first time. HVMG expects to continue expanding its portfolio through the remainder of 2026.
