Gravity Haus acquired three former LOGE Hotels in Washington and Montana, expanding the lifestyle hospitality brand’s presence in outdoor recreation markets. Terms and conditions were not disclosed.
“These acquisitions represent a strategic next step for Gravity Haus as we scale thoughtfully in markets that align with our community-driven, adventure-forward ethos,” CEO Jim Deters said in a statement. “Each of these properties already resonates with the type of traveler and member we serve, which allows us to integrate efficiently while elevating the guest experience.”
The three hotels are located in Washington and Montana, markets known for year-round outdoor recreation and strong demand for experiential lodging. Gravity Haus plans to rebrand and operate the properties under its lifestyle-focused model, which blends lodging, food and beverage, wellness and programming geared toward active travelers.
Company executives said the former LOGE assets are well aligned with Gravity Haus’ emphasis on authentic design, social spaces and proximity to outdoor amenities. Planned updates will focus on brand integration, operational enhancements and expanded member offerings, while preserving the character of each destination.
Gravity Haus has been steadily expanding its portfolio through a mix of acquisitions and new developments, targeting mountain towns and adventure hubs with strong leisure fundamentals. The company said the latest acquisitions support its long-term goal of building a national network of lifestyle hotels tailored to modern travelers seeking community and access to the outdoors.
