Drury Hotels has begun construction on a new Drury Plaza Hotel in Nashville, which will mark the company’s fourth property in the market and its seventh hotel in Tennessee.
The Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Southeast Century Farms—which has begun accepting reservations for October 2026—is located on Century Farms Circle in Antioch within one of Nashville’s emerging mixed-use districts. As construction progresses, Drury Hotels plans to recruit locally in Nashville and the hotel is expected to employ approximately 50 full- and part-time team members when it opens.
“We are delighted to join one of the fastest-growing areas in Nashville with our newest Drury Plaza Hotel in Century Farms,” Chuck Drury, CEO of St. Louis-based Drury Hotels, said in a statement. “The hotel’s proximity to entertainment venues, business centers and medical facilities allows us to extend Drury’s award-winning service and amenities to even more travelers in Tennessee.”
Targeting both leisure and business travelers, the property will feature 180 guestrooms and more than 1,500 square-feet of meeting space. The hotel will also cater to group and business demand through Drury’s Meetings with More program.
The property will offer the brand’s signature amenities, including complimentary hot breakfast, its nightly 5:30 Kickback with food and beverages, free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Additional amenities at the hotel will include a 24-hour business center, fitness center, indoor pool and spa, a Kitchen + Bar offering late-night dining and hand-crafted cocktails and a lobby Guest Market.
