Woodbine Development Co. and Delightful Development Co. have partnered on a $160 million luxury resort development that will include two hotels in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
The more than 3-acre Texas project—which is a public-private partnership with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County TIF #15—will have 225 guestrooms and suites across two independently operated luxury hotels sharing a subterranean parking garage. The development will access more than 1,000 feet of Marine Creek and is targeted to break ground in fall 2027, with an opening planned for spring 2030.
According to the developers, the larger hotel will incorporate design elements inspired by native materials, Americana and Western history, while the neighboring boutique hotel will feature a more intimate hospitality experience. Each property will have its own guestrooms, lobby bar and food-and-beverage offerings.

Plans call for approximately 30,000 square-feet of public greenspace and entertainment areas connected to the Marine Creek Promenade, along with a resort-style pool, approximately 18,000 square-feet of indoor meeting and event space, including a 7,500-square-foot ballroom and 4,000-square-foot event barn and an additional 4,500 sq.-feet of rooftop meeting space overlooking the Stockyards.
The project also will include multiple food-and-beverage venues, including rooftop dining, a full-service day spa with resort pool access, lobby bars at both hotels and approximately 3,000 square-feet of retail space.
