Bally’s Corporation has revealed plans for a major new integrated resort on the former Tropicana Las Vegas site.
The project—dubbed Bally’s Las Vegas—will anchor a 35-acre campus alongside the future Las Vegas Athletics Major League Baseball ballpark. Development is expected to begin in the first half of 2026, pending county approvals.
“Bally’s Las Vegas represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine the heart of the Strip,” Soo Kim, chairman of Bally’s Corporation, said in a statement. “With world-class partners like JLL and Marnell, and with the arrival of Major League Baseball, we are creating a landmark destination that unites sports, entertainment, dining and hospitality on a scale only Las Vegas can deliver.”
The new resort will have two hotel towers with 3,000 rooms, a 2,500-seat entertainment venue, and more than 500,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space. Plans also call for a casino and VIP offerings with direct ballpark access.
Marnell Architecture will serve as the project’s architect, while JLL will oversee dining and retail leasing. According to Bally’s, the mix will showcase flagship global brands as well as Las Vegas favorites.
