U.S. weekly hotel results: April 19-25

Among CoStar’s top 25 markets, New Orleans reported the largest increases in occupancy and RevPAR for the week of April 19-25.

The U.S. hotel industry reported positive year-over-year comparisons, according to CoStar’s latest data.

For the week of April 19-25 (percentage change from comparable week in 2025):

  • Occupancy: 67.7 percent (+4 percent)
  • Average daily rate: $169.17 (+4.3 percent)
  • Revenue per available room: $114.45 (+8.5 percent)

Top Markets

Among CoStar’s top 25 markets, New Orleans reported the largest increases in occupancy (+19 percent to 73.7 percent) and RevPAR (+34.3 percent to $155.18).  

Helped by the NAB Show, Las Vegas posted the highest ADR lift (+17.8 percent to $261.45).

Overall, 21 of the top 25 markets reported a “jump” in RevPAR.
