PM Hotel Group is transiting Hotel Arboretum to City Express by Marriott Washington, D.C. Northeast. The repositioning introduces the City Express by Marriott flag to Northeast Washington, D.C., adding to the hotel’s competitive positioning in the nation’s capital. The property is owned by Rocks Hospitality.
Located at 2305 New York Ave NE, the hotel has long served value-driven business and leisure travelers due to its convenient access to Capitol Hill, Union Station, federal offices and the U.S. National Arboretum. Historically operating as an independent limited-service hotel, the property built a steady base of government, contractor and group business.

As part of the brand transition, the hotel is undergoing enhancements to guestrooms and public spaces, introducing a refreshed design, updated furnishings, and streamlined functionality tailored to today’s traveler. There is complimentary breakfast, appointed accommodations and seamless integration into the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
The property is near major government agencies, Union Station and key demand drivers throughout the metropolitan area.
