MERCAN Group is developing its first hotel project in Panama and expanding Accor’s presence in the market with the planned Pullman Panama City.
The Pullman Panama City will convert an existing hotel property in the Bella Vista district into a mixed-use development featuring 180 hotel rooms and 126 executive suites. The project is scheduled to open in 2028.
Mallol Arquitectos will lead the architectural reinterpretation of the existing property, while the Montreal, Quebec-based MERCAN Group will oversee its rehabilitation. Plans call for restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and entertainment areas.
