Kinseth Hospitality Companies has opened a Spark by Hilton in Ames, Iowa, following a full-scale renovation and rebranding.
The premium economy hotel has finalized its renovation to include redesigned guestrooms, a new lobby and updated amenities. The hotel is operated by general manager Taylor Dulaney, guest service manager Jennie Bloom, and director of operations Suzy Ridder.
“We are thrilled to bring the Spark by Hilton experience to Ames,” Ridder said in a statement. “This renovation reflects our commitment to offering guests a clean, comfortable stay with the trusted quality of Hilton, right here in the heart of Iowa.”
Renovations were overseen by project manager Adam Daeges with additional support from the Kinseth construction team Terry Pierson, Dave Craven and Aaron Mailey. The newly rebranded hotel also includes a complimentary breakfast bar and 24/7 retail market with snacks, beverages and travel essentials.
