Ambros Daytona joins Wyndham’s Trademark Collection

Ambros Daytona has joined Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Trademark Collection by Wyndham, becoming the first property in Daytona Beach to enter the portfolio.

The 50-room boutique hotel—which opened in January—is designed to be a modern alternative to Daytona Beach’s traditional aesthetic with a focus on wellbeing. Developed by entrepreneurs Louis S. Caiola, Graham Jones and Gregory Jones, Ambros Daytona is located along Daytona Beach’s Atlantic Avenue in “The Shores.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with Wyndham and introduce Ambros Daytona to a broader audience seeking an upscale, boutique experience,” Louis Caiola, co-founder of Ambros Daytina, said in a statement. “Daytona Beach is deeply meaningful to us, and we look forward to sharing the uniqueness of this coastline with guests.”

The Florida hotel features 50 rooms and suites across two categories: Queen rooms averaging 325 sq. feet and King Family Suites ranging from 325 to 500 sq. feet, several of which include kitchenettes. Select accommodations offer full ocean views.

The property blends contemporary design with nostalgic elements, preserving the original three-story 1960s structure while undertaking a comprehensive interior transformation. Upgrades include a new seawall, parking area, pool and landscaped pool deck with updated lighting and decorative features.

Interiors are defined by a custom “Ambros Cool Blanche” palette, complemented by “Greek Villa” ceiling tones designed to create a calm, refined atmosphere. Local muralist Christopher Nebel designed in-room artwork inspired by the aesthetic of Lenny Kravitz’ Brazilian home. Amenities include an outdoor pool with sun loungers and daybeds, as well as The Counter, a poolside café serving light fare, wine and beer.
