The biggest challenge in 2025 was to match production capacity and supply chain procurement with unpredictable demand timing. We were able to expand our daily communications between all of our production facilities and Sales to accommodate the uneven order flow throughout the year.

The predominant trend across many hotel segments is the focus on the Guest Sleep Experience. Brands are very focused on how the bed they select is crucial to guest satisfaction and they are willing to invest more to achieve this goal.
As a result of inflation, supply chain delays or other issues, what tactics will you employ in 2026 to operate more efficiently?
We are working closely with our material suppliers to recognize where efficiencies and cost savings are possible when examining our purchasing from an organization-wide perspective.

Rightsizing production to seamlessly meet installation schedules. 2) Improving and expanding our digital customer interface technologies. 3) Introduction of exciting new technologies and design improvements in 2026.
