Noble Investment Group has appointed hospitality veteran Nehali Patel as its director of asset management.

Patel has more than 20 years of hospitality operations and portfolio strategy experience. She joins Noble from TPG Hotels and Resorts, where she oversaw performance for a national hotel portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with PeachState Hospitality and Marriott International.

At Atlanta, Ga.-based Noble Investment Group, Patel will work with the operating team and focus on revenue growth, operating efficiency and asset-level performance across the firm's multi-brand portfolio of more than 200 hotels.

“Nehali has a track record of turning operational discipline into measurable results, from opening hotels to driving portfolio-wide gains in revenue and guest satisfaction,” Steven Nicholas, managing principal and head of asset management, said in a statement. “That operating rigor is what turns strategy into cash flow.”

“What distinguishes Noble is the link between investment discipline and asset-level execution. I look forward to working alongside the team to drive performance across the portfolio,” added Patel.
