Glacier House Hotels has selected Interstate Hotels & Resorts to manage 13 of its hotels. The portfolio represents 1,285 select-service rooms at locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Texas and Washington.
"As we leverage our scale to drive value for our owners, this portfolio builds on our select-service expertise as we work to perform best in all hospitality verticals," Michael J. Deitemeyer, Interstate Hotels & Resorts' president/CEO, said in a statement.
The 13-hotel portfolio comprises nine brands from Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Six of the 13 hotels are under construction, with locations schedule to open from June 2019 to June 2020.
