DKN Hotels has opened the 121-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ventura Oxnard in California next to a mixed-use development.
The all-suite property is adjacent to The Collection RiverPark, a mixed-use destination with retail, dining and entertainment options, and is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Oxnard. Nearby demand drivers include Channel Islands Harbor, Channel Islands National Park, Port Hueneme and Oxnard State Beach and Mandalay Beach. The hotel includes a rooftop food-and-beverage venue, Flora Loca Rooftop Cantina, scheduled to open in summer 2026.

Guest accommodations feature West Elm–designed furnishings, flexible work and lounge areas, complimentary breakfast and wifi. On-site amenities include a fitness center, outdoor pool, courtyard with barbecue grills and fire pit, 24-hour market and two meeting rooms totaling 1,125 square-feet of event space with capacity for up to 70 attendees.
